The Operations Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and integrating cross-functional information technology projects to deliver specific measured results to the internal and external team members. This position reports to the Director of Operations and will manage projects that have an impact on the site's operations to improve business operations and process efficiency within the organization. This role will be required to provide stakeholders and senior management regular progress reports.

• Develops project plans, goals, and budgets; identifies resources needed, develops schedules and methods for measuring results
• Guides and performs strategic analysis for the project
• Organizes and manages all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
• Assembles and coordinates project team members; assigns individual responsibilities
• Plans and oversees the preparation and dissemination of project communications
• Communicates with top-level information systems (IS) administrator, project sponsors, functional area managers and/or consultants regarding status of specific projects
• Produces project reports for the program manager, sponsor, manager or director.
• Identify continuous operational improvement opportunities and service efficiency initiatives; recommend solutions, and lead the implementation of agreed upon changes
• Manage the operational implementation of new products and enhancements to existing products/channels
• Develop and produce key management reports to improve efficiencies, minimize risk and maintain compliance
• Review and store all documentation, correspondence and rate information in a designation location as instructed by company policy
• Must be organized, detailed and able to follow instruction in addition to handling multi-task projects by the required deadlines
• Ability to use a continuous improvement approach to develop and enhance policies, procedures, and business initiatives
• Ability to create and develop professional relationships with internal and external customer
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently and as a member of a team
  Must be able to sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop and lift to 25 lbs.
• Special projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
• Must be willing to travel up to 10% for this role

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a project management role required
• Strong time management skills required
• Able to give, take, and apply direct feedback on a consistent basis
• Knowledge and experience in cross-functional project management methods and techniques
• Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment
• Skill in technical planning of information technology projects
• Skill in working with groups to build consensus
• Skill in effectively serving a divergent customer base
• Ability to synthesize project information and establish the appropriate scope of a project is a must
• Ability to apply strong project management skills and methodologies
• Ability to create new work processes
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Advanced Excel Experience required
• Experience with database systems required
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to speak and write clearly and informatively and able to read and interpret information
• Must be able to work overtime as requested
• Must clear a background check and drug test for it will be required for this position
