The Role:

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Boca Raton team. Together, we’ll be working to develop Red Violet’s application products and services, including the next generation of our data fusion technology, idiCORE. You'll be joining a startup-like team within this already successful organization as we build upon our product suite and deliver technology that will far surpass what currently exists in today's market.

What You Will Do:

• Take ownership of our day-to-day engineering processes with multiple teams and ensure we're shipping high-quality software solutions on time and on spec.
• Join a mid-sized engineering team, working closely with engineers, QA analysts, DevOps and management.
• Own a portfolio of products and processes. 
• Have responsibility for driving production feature releases, ensuring all things software engineering run smoothly, and that delivery and quality milestones are met.
• Manage the prioritization and scheduling of Boca Raton based engineering projects and software development tasks using industry best practices such as Kanban, Agile, and Scrum.
• Work directly with senior executives to understand the current and future problems Red Violet is solving and to design processes and structures to help us reach our goals.
• Collaborate closely with your colleagues and build a cohesive team culture.

What You Bring:

• Between 3-5 years of experience in technical program, project, or development management.
• Experience working with smaller, fast-paced engineering teams - ideally in a startup environment. 
• Experience working with engineering teams to help plan and execute on multiple concurrent projects. 
• A deep understanding of software development and a track record of shipping software on time.
• Familiarity with multiple development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and understand how to apply them to get things done in the real world.
• A development/technical background with ability to understand technical solutions while still driving projects forward. 
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Great leadership skills and ability to lead teams of highly talented and independent individuals. Professional agility to adapt to a variety of working styles, and rhythms.
• Strong ability dive deep when needed (customer scenarios, QA, implementation) to drive initiatives to conclusion. 
• Nice to have: experience in Gitlab, Confluence, and mobile application delivery.
