Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB). This position supports the Force Protection Division and the Integrated Base Defense Systems Program Office. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS. This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.

Essential Duties:

This position requires a highly motivated individual with experience, to perform duties including the below:

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Education/Specific Work Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of directly related experience, 8 years of which must be in the DoD

Comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance, US Citizenship Required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 15 years of experience, 12 years of which must be in the DoD

Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 10 years of experience, 8 years of which must be in the DoD

U.S. Citizenship Required for this Position: Yes
