TopLine Financial Credit Union is looking for a new Project Manager to join our Corporate team in Maple Grove!
What does our Project Manager do?
- Build and develop project teams to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying resources, schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
- Report project status, outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
What does it take to be a successful Business Analyst?
- Four or more years of project management experience.
- Four or more years of project management experience.
- Strong attention to deadlines and project process guidelines.
- Proven success working with all levels of management.
- Proven ability to run discovery workshops and facilitate meetings.
- Ability to interact well with a team, positive attitude, good oral and written communications skills, problem solving skills, quick learner, attentive to detail, organized and strong self-initiative.
- Professional certification such as Project Management Professonal (PMP) preferred
- Experience in financial industry or Credit Union preferred.
