We are currently seeking a Low Voltage Project Coordinator to join our team!

Position Description:

 As a Low Voltage Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our low voltage projects. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, creating and managing schedules, and providing administrative support to facilitate smooth operations. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the low voltage construction industry.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Essential Job Duties: 

• Help coordinate and manage low voltage projects from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with project managers, technicians, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Schedule and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, takeoffs, reports, and progress updates.

• Maintain master schedule for all field employees, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for each project and update based on project changes and evolving priorities.

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address project requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining project records.
• Provide support in coordinating project meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall project efficiency.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in project coordination and administration.
• Familiarity with low voltage systems and technology is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
