Job Title: IT Project ManagerLocation: Maple Grove, MN – Local candidates only - Twin Cities (Hybrid role - must be in office 3 days a week (M,W,F)
Period: 04/01/2024 to 12/31/2024 - possibility for extensions depending on business needs and candidate performance
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Rate: $55-$60/hour (Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half)

Scope of Services:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing IT projects within the defined scope, working closely with business and IT management to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables. They assess the impact of changes to scope, issues, and risks on projects, ensuring resolution through collaboration with department, management, and sponsors. The role involves measuring performance against the original plan and budget, developing and executing work plans, and obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. The IT Project Manager gathers lessons learned, obtains final project approval from sponsors and stakeholders, and communicates project progress through timely and accurate project reports. They coordinate resources, assign tasks and deliverables to team members, and ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. The role may also involve aiding Program or Project managers on phases of larger projects, making decisions that impact project-level activities, and influencing project-level budgets. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development, with specific experience in IT software project management in a waterfall setting, leadership, and proactive software delivery projects related to computer IT.
