As a Production Project Manager, you will partner with our cross-functional groups to deliver on-time, on-budget, quality projects using Agile methodologies, technical tools and supporting internal processes. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and have exceptional project management skills. S/he has strong communication skills, is comfortable working with teammates across levels and disciplines, and is passionate about cultivating his/her skills in Agile and overall project management.
This role reports to the Production Operations Manager and will be an air traffic controller between Creative, Client Services and Production. This involves taking a signed Statement of Work (SOW) and driving requirements through the production execution. This is a fulfilling role for those that want flexibility, creativity and empowerment to build out the future of our culture. The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on and can drive productivity, communication and customer requirements.

· Local to the Twin Cities metro area and can travel to/from work site in Maple Grove, MN daily.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Create a 6-week forecast Production Schedule with a 2-week planned operational schedule
· Oversee workflow through cross-functional departments and be the liaison to account team and production
· Review, understand and creative renderings, technical specifications, and special provisions
· Prepare detailed take-offs of all scopes of work and keep teams accountable to project dates
· Prepare break-down of materials and request pricing from various suppliers
· Prepare detailed, accurate estimates including subcontractor/self-perform analysis for Production needs
· Source subcontractors for any work requiring capabilities we do not currently have in-house
· Work with Production Operations and Build Managers to source new suppliers/vendors for non-typical work
· Monitor bids from start to finish and work with the project estimating team throughout the entire bidding process
· Assisting with resolution of various project issues and keep project dates on track to Production Schedule

Requirements:
· Minimum of 2-3 years (will train the right candidate) of estimating experience in commercial, retail or exhibit construction – preferably in a related field (or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience)
· Must have a great work ethic and clear understanding on how to be a team player
· Able to read, understand, and interpret blueprints and perform detailed and accurate take-offs
· Able to read, understand, and interpret technical specifications and special provisions
· Able to problem solve independently (and be pro-active in problem-solving)
· Able to maintain confidentiality of all company proprietary information
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Very strong organizational skills
· Able to prioritize workloads efficiently and work independently
· Able to work well and maintain composure under pressure
· Technically savvy
· Proficiency of Smartsheet and ability to use it to drive timeline and task management
· Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management and planning skills
· High attention to detail
· Must be able to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
· Must be able to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization.
Nice to have:
· Experience with Agile methodologies
· PMI-ACP certification or similar skills/expertise
· Scrum Master experience
