ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect payments from patrons.
• Mix ingredients to create both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Have a clear understanding of beer, wine and be familiar with cocktail recipes
• Take beverage orders from serving staff and directly from patrons.
• Take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Stay guest focused and attempt to limit liability and issues related to patrons level of drinking.
• Clean bar, work areas and tables as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Employees must have a basic knowledge of the dining room and service procedures.
• The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to actively listen and social perceptiveness skills.
• Previous experience as a bartender
