We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator, who be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms from conception to delivery of final content. The role will involve creating engaging and visually appealing content, collaborating with management and corporate teams to align messaging and branding, and tracking and reporting on campaign performance A creative thinker with excellent writing skills, strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a must. We welcome candidates who are accountable, trustworthy, conscientious, detail-oriented, independent workers who possess strong communication and leadership skills. Technical skills are key to our business as are the intangibles – reliability, service, self-motivation, and an ability to play nicely with others.

Position: Social Media Content Creator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the industry to create related topics that are informative and appealing.
• Collaborating with management to plan and develop site content, style, and target audience - Four Locations
• Capitalizing on each location’s demographics and what interests draws people to each city.
• Writing, editing, and proofreading content to ensure it is free of errors.
• Creating engaging content for social media platforms that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Coordinating with team members to create innovative content ideas.
• Monitoring feedback and online conversations about the brand or products to inform content creation.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and popular content strategies
• Measuring the success of content using analytics tools and adjusting strategies based on the data.
• Respecting and adhering to copyright and privacy laws in content creation.

Skills:

· Visual Storytelling and Branding – crafting compelling narratives that resonate with the audience and capture the brand.

· Platform-Specific Content Creation – Instagram, TikTok, Google, Bing, X, Trip Advisor and Yelp

· SEO and Algorithmic Knowledge – Optimize content for search engines and social media algorithms to ensure higher visibility and engagement.

· Engagement and Community Building – Connecting with the communities through interactions, boosting brand loyalty.

· Analytics and Performance Tracking – translating data to active insights.

· Creative Adaptability and Trendspotting – adapting creatives strategies to stay up to date with trends, memes, and cultural shifts.

· Copywriting and Communication – Writing concise, engaging text that communicates the brand’s voice to capture the target audiences.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Portfolio of work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Graphic Design and Video Editing
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communications skills
• Experience using various social media platforms for advertising and marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or relevant field
• Ability to be flexible with schedule
