You are a multi-unit leader responsible for the in-store experience. You will drive high performance across all initiatives and ensure consistency within your portfolio as measured by company goals and KPIs. You will lead, develop, coach, and inspire your assigned district to deliver an optimal customer and employee experience by creating an engaging and inclusive environment where everyone is motivated and supported to be their strongest. As the District Manager, you are in a field leadership role and are the primary resource for Store and Shop Managers within their district.
