We are immediately hiring an Assistant Manager to work alongside the General Manager and lead team members at our Lawrence, KS location. Starting salary will be between $40,000-$45,000 based on leadership experience. Additionally there will be quarterly performance based bonuses up to $1500/quarter. The schedule for our Assistant Managers is generally 10AM-6PM Tuesday through Saturday.

What we expect from our Assistant Managers:

• A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience – required
• 1-2 years of proven success in mechanical, sales, and/or customer service related position - required
• 1 year of experience in training and on-boarding of new hires - required
• Basic computer skills (familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office, email, and iPads is important) - required
• Willingness to get hands dirty and learn our mechanical systems – strongly preferred
• Pride in work, strong integrity and highly effective communication skills - required
• Eagerness to learn and adaptability to stretch and grow – No car wash experience? No problem. We will teach you!
