Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in daily operations and strategic planning
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize sales strategies
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in interviews and onboarding processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in staff training and development programs

Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in math for inventory management and financial analysis
- Experience in retail management or related field
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent administrative abilities for record keeping and reporting
- Knowledge of recruiting processes and interviewing techniques
