Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your role will involve monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the premises, and enforcing security protocols. Duties:
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to deter unauthorized access
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure security measures are in place
- Respond promptly to incidents, including alarms, disturbances, and emergencies
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns
- Complete accurate incident reports detailing observations and actions taken

Requirements:
- Valid Security Guard certificate/license
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security preferred
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and CCTV systems
- Strong observation skills with the ability to quickly assess situations
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Weekends only
