ECCENTRICITY is Hiring an Assistant Retail Store Manager Near Lawrence, KS
Eccentricity is a fun and eclectic boutique located in Downtown Lawrence! We specialize in Women's clothing and accessories with a touch of beauty and skincare. We take pride in our quality products and outstanding customer service. At this time we are looking to fill the position of a part-time Assistant Store Manager. This person would be responsible for making sure that the daily operations run smoothly by working to meet sales goals, supporting staff on the sales floor, handling administrative duties, such as, entering new inventory and overall inventory management. Attention to detail is a must for the following: attractive marketing displays, arranging merchandise, and maintaining store appearance. Other duties include inspecting inventory shipments, resolving customer complaints, opening and closing the store and most importantly building relationships with our clients. We are looking for someone who loves fashion, has a passion for working with people, and has a positve attitude.
Our opperating hours are 10-6pm most days. The ideal candidate would be available Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday -Saturday for 6-8 hour shifts of either 10am-6pm or 12pm-6pm. This position pays $12-$14/hr to start, with a 30 day evaluation for a potential pay increase.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
