The Tom Wood Group, located on 96th Street in Indianapolis, is looking for a BDC Administrative Assistant to support the efforts of the BDC team by performing a variety of tasks related to the call center and its operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the BDC Manager to provide an optimal work environment
• Manage day to day call goals and assist in creating/changing metrics and targets for the team. 
• Assists BDC manager as needed with call monitoring.
• Taking phone calls when volumes are heavy.
• Assists in updating reports.
• Distribute service leads daily. 
• Assist as need in creating monthly schedules.
• Ensure quality of appointments made within the department and stays ahead of failing appointments in the DMS. 
• Handles training of all new employees.
• Oversee call queues and agent statuses. 
• Oversees contests and assists BDC Manager in brainstorming new ideas for the department. 
• Any other duties assigned by the BDC Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Automotive experience a plus
• Motivating personality
