The Tom Wood Group in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for an Information Technology Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate for our IT specialist role is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in network administration, cybersecurity, and system troubleshooting. They excel in problem-solving, have excellent communication skills, and stay updated with the latest technology trends to ensure optimal system performance and security.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment in an environment using Office 365 and OneDrive.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's assets.
Perform regular computer system inventory reviews.
Manage computer imaging and deployments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in a help desk or technical support role for an environment with Windows, OneDrive, Office365, and iPads.
Relevant certifications – CompTIA A , Network , or Security or their equivalents - are a plus.
Experience working with RingCentral cloud voice system.
Experience troubleshooting LAN connectivity issues.
Experience with antivirus and cybersecurity applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
