- Support underwriters in quoting and servicing accounts in an accurate and timely manner, within level of expertise. Assist in evaluation of new and renewal by collecting updated application information, and other various points of data for individual accounts.
- Work closely with other employees within the department to increase knowledge of the products and procedures
- Foster relationships with underwriters and brokers and support department initiatives
- Maintain policy files in an orderly, efficient manner, including accuracy of binders, invoices and other policy documents
