TMHCC Stop Loss, a $1.9 Billion division within Tokio Marine HCC, leads the way in providing medical stop-loss insurance sold to employers. Medical Stop Loss provides an added layer of insurance protection to employers who choose to self-fund their health benefit plans. Self-funding can incur risks from catastrophic claims, and Medical Stop Loss insurance from Tokio Marine HCC is designed to protect employers from that risk.

Based in our Southwest Region in Kennesaw, Georgia, this person will report to the Claims Manager. This position has hybrid work schedule.

Position Summary

• Enter received mail (initials and supplements) into PA (processing system) under the proper claimant.
• Input all claims information into PA (processing system) etc. claim status, appeals, policy, and eligibility requests etc
• Utilize tools to understand the basic knowledge of the claim support uni
• Maintain standard production requirements.
• Lean basic terminology of stop-loss insurance
• Meet standard quality audit requirements
• Demonstrate ability to work in office environment
• Process and have the ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices and procedures
• Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy 
• Great organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple task simultaneously
• Proficiency and experience in using Microsoft office suite ( Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
