WorldTrips is looking for a Director of e-Commerce who will lead a team and assist in developing plans for evolving the brand, growing eCommerce revenue, and providing our customers with an optimal online experience. Your skills and expertise will be used for both strategic development, team leadership, and tactical execution. This is an onsite position located in Carmel, IN.

The Adventure Ahead:

• Develop overall marketing strategy to help ensure that key company goals are met.
• Develop website strategy and roadmap to drive traffic and increase revenue.
• Manage marketing team, provide direction for career development, and plan for future expansion as needed.
• Provide strategic direction on branding, communication, and customer marketing.
• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing.

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Bachelors in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 years of experience in Marketing with an emphasis on eCommerce.
• 6 years of experience managing and mentoring others, especially managers or team leads.
• Experience in WordPress, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Exhibits effective verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. 
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
