Scope of Work: imaging and installing software to End-User-Technology and deployment

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

- Imaging workstations and installing software

- Deploy and validate - AIO, desktops, printers, mini pcs, RFID card readers, scanners, phones, etc, ensuring proper functionality and security.

- Update computers 

- Organizing cable management.

- Utilize hand tools to perform hardware deployments.

- Inventory management.

- Day 1 Support

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Technician, help desk or similar role.

- Proficient in Windows and other software applications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to handle cabling tasks and cable management effectively.

- Proficiency in using hand tools for hardware repairs and upgrades.

- Customer satisfaction.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Team player

- Able to follow directions

Working Hours:

-Hours will vary and include weekdays, evenings, and some weekends - Flexibility is extremely important. Must be able to work evenings when needed

Must have reliable transportation
