Job Description

Work under the supervision of and in collaboration with the Project Manager (PM) and support the PM by tracking, monitoring, and reporting on project cost, schedule, progress, issues, and quality of contract deliverables for technology hardware deployment in the Healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with Project Manager from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and scope requirements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a cohesive and productive work environment.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, identifying and addressing potential risks or obstacles to success.
• Document project requirements, specifications, and outcomes, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
• Support project managers in the evaluation of project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project documentation.
• Create, organize, and maintain documentation for projects - may include presentations, Gantt charts, project scope, project plans, project updates, detailed progress tracking, etc.

Required Skills, Knowledge, Experience

• Minimum three years of project coordination or project management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, and best practices
• Proficient with the following tools: Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, automations), MS Project (logic, dependencies, resource tracking, ‘what-if’ analysis), Sharepoint, MS Teams, MS Office Suite
• Smartsheet experience a plus
• Experience tracking projects through the full lifecycle
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Maintain a positive attitude with co-workers
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multi-task across various different projects simultaneously
• Project Management certification desired
