This is a 12-week project installing End-User-Technology and Networking within a healthcare setting.
Tentative Start Date: 4/8/2024
Responsibilities:
- Provide field service support for IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues.
- Deploy and validate - AIO, desktops, printers, mini pcs, RFID card readers, scanners, phones, etc, ensuring proper functionality and security.
- Perform patching from patch panel to switches and from wall port to device.
- Organizing cable management.
- Utilize hand tools to perform hardware deployments.
- Data port information management, Inventory management.
- Punch list management
- Day 1 Support
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Proficient in field service support for IT infrastructure.
- Experience with network infrastructure, including switches.
- Ability to handle cabling tasks and cable management effectively.
- Proficiency in using hand tools for hardware repairs and upgrades.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player
- Able to follow directions
