The Portfolio Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day security operations of assigned Client sites. Additionally, the Portfolio Manager will work directly with the HR department to ensure Titan provides “Best-In-Class service” to our clients and our staff.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of Portfolio Managers include, but are not limited to:• Manage a team of Security Officers, Site/Shift Supervisors, and Security Directors• Ensure the client sites are provided with high quality security services and build and maintain client relationships• Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met• Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately• Support HR department and Account Managers in hiring, onboarding, training, discipline, and union grievance process• Responsible for tracking company equipment in the field and ensuring company equipment is utilized in appropriately• Stays current on federal, state and local CBA guidelines relative to our services• Supports the organization’s culture, processes, practices and systems• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications of Portfolio Managers:

• 5 years’ experience in security management or security services, or related position• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC)• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Preferred Qualifications of Portfolio Managers:• Bachelor’s Degree
