Department OverviewThe Services Offer Management team is responsible for the strategy, creation, and maintenance of Motorola's Managed and Support services offerings across our global Land Mobile Radio, Consoles, and Private Broadband portfolio. This includes: gathering and prioritizing service and customer requirements; defining the service offer vision and strategy, collaborating with Product and other key work partners to deliver winning service offerings and solutions, and managing the service offer throughout its lifecycle.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a track record of successfully creating and launching products and services, and who is both customer focused and technology savvy. Candidates must also be creative and highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, easily adaptable to new processes and new ways of working in order to meet the ever changing needs of our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our product teams in bringing new service offerings to market that solve customer problems and create new sources of revenue for our company. In this role, you will contribute to product and service strategies, vision and roadmaps with an end-to-end ownership of the service offerings and customer experience that supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
