As a Product Delivery Manager in Wholesale Lending Services, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. In this role you integrate project management and business analysis skills to serve as a liaison between business partners, operations teams, and technology teams. Through partnership with wholesale technology you will deliver upon the strategic objectives to transform the product to a world class operating platform. The position requires a results-focused, process-disciplined leader with strong product management and facilitation skillsets to deliver against an implementation schedule. Job responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers Define and document business requirements Manages discovery efforts and customer research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Identify cross impacted projects and applications, ensure appropriate engagement and test planning while ensuring project is delivered in accordance with business needs (functional, timeliness) Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics A minimum of 3-5 years of financial business/operations experience
