The Commercial Banking Digital Marketing team is seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Manager to join the Product Ops team to support large initiatives. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the execution of various programs/initiatives that support the development and enhancements of our products. You will collaborate closely with many teams including product managers, tech, design, marketing and sales to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a keen attention to detail. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules and update reports
• Monitor progress against plans and take proactive measure to address deviations 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and streamline clarify requirements, prioritize work and allocate resources 
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status, milestones, risks and issues
• Identify potential risks and dependencies that may impact program delivery 
• Work closely with Product Ops team to establish quality standards and processes
• Maintain accurate program documentation including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes and other relevant artifacts. 
• Identify and coordinate the interdependencies among programs, products and other critical initiatives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related communications 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• 6 years’ work experience in program management function,
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations Management or a related field
• Strong Understanding of agile methodologies and their application in product development
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to work in a highly regulated, fast-paced, and matrixed environment
• Must be flexible and able to reprioritize depending on business needs

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Prefer experience in a product development environment
• Program management/Project Management certification/s preferred but not required
• Agile certifications preferred but not required
• Background using Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence, Algin) a plus
