We're partnering with an extremely exciting healthcare company on a Strategic Finance Manager search. This company has experienced substantial, M&A-driven growth over the last 5 years and is now looking to grow its platform organically, while enabling the doctors within the network to do their best work and improve patients' lives.

This role will provide you with tremendous exposure, reporting to a high caliber CFO and partnering with stakeholders at all levels across the business. Your focus will be on maximizing the potential of the platform, conducting strategic analysis, leading planning activities, building and developing dashboards, identifying areas to eliminate duplication and unnecessary costs, and providing business leaders with the data needed to drive decision making and accelerate growth.

You'll be required to execute in a fast paced and changing environment where a bias for action, being comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage large data sets and communicate with non-finance partners, will be crucial for success and lead to continuous growth opportunities for you.

About you:

• 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance in a startup-like environment
• Advanced modeling and data manipulation skills
• Ability to distill and communicate complex financial information to various audiences
• Excellent project and change management skills
