Responsibilities:The Field HR Business Partner is accountable for the delivery of HR services and solutions to an assigned group of locations. Key areas of responsibility include onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement and retention, and coaching managers and employees.
Job Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field. 5 years of HR experience working in an industry with a large remote hourly workforce.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Other Qualifications: Required skills include excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office suite of applications. HRIS experience Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
