Job Summary:
Customer Service Representatives are an intricate part of our team! Responsible for engaging with customers, earning their trust and business, on behalf of our company. Team members in this position ensure that our customers have accurate and complete information to purchase the correct products and services while providing them with a positive and memorable experience. In this role you will help us attract customers and drive business by providing guidance, answering questions, and promoting our company.

• Responsible for building a lifetime relationship with customers, beginning with meeting the customer outside at their vehicle.
• Drive and reach sales goals through interactions with customers via platforms including, but not limited to, phone, face to face, email, live chat, or social media.
• Maintains awareness of current sales statistics and strives to achieve appointed goals
• Learns/masters proper etiquette and verbiage in phone sales
• Participates in training programs, along with sales and safety meetings
• Responsible for answering questions and suggesting additional information related to products and services. Responsible for monitoring and promptly responding to social media posts/messages/inquiries/marketing.
• Assist customers throughout their entire interaction from initial experience until completed service, including scheduling appointments, checking them in, accurately estimating time requirements, and checking out.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds with customers to inspect tires, accurately complete documentation and report on tire condition. Providing information to assist their decision on ordering the correct products and services.
• Understand and describe all warranties, advertising, financing, and promotion of products and services
• Maintains showroom cleanliness by following the showroom cleanliness plan and taking initiative to tidy when necessary.
• Assists in the shop area where necessary
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 1 years of sales experience required, 3 customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.
• Ability to effectively verbally communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Strong reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with diversified skill sets.
• Must be task-oriented, self-directed, detail oriented, and reliable.
• Must have the ability to work safely in a fast paced and physically demanding environment.
