Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary:
Tip Top Poultry is seeking a friendly, proactive, and highly organized Executive and Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling various administrative tasks for the CEO and the Flight Department, and help improve and maintain the experience of Tip Top’s customers and employees in their interactions with both the CEO and the Flight Department.

Responsibilities:
• Assists CEO with scheduling, calendar management, event planning, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and shipping of documents and packages
• Handles executive correspondence including coordinating emails and conference arrangements
• As needed, couriers documents or packages between Marietta and Chattanooga
• Coordinates company “swag” inventory and purchasing with corporate office
• Gathers expenses of Flight Department, enters and codes the information into Tip Top’s accounting system
• Gathers expenses of Plum Nelly Farming, enters and codes the information into Plum Nelly's accounting system
• Helps to maintain the Flight Department office, supplies, correspondence, and schedule
• Coordinates the Flight Department asset schedule and acts as gatekeeper for travelers
• Provides in advance all pertinent information to our guests for events or anyone flying with us
• Works with flight department to make the level of safety and hospitality is “Tip Top”
• Tracks use (and enters information into relevant online systems) of the plane, recording in detail flight hours, expenses, passengers, and other facts needed
• Provides personal assistance to the CEO from time-to-time, including arrangements for home and pet care while the CEO is traveling
• Acts as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepares and edits documents, reports, and presentations as needed

• Highly trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
