General Manager-Tin Roof St Louis
Tin Roof, A Live Music Joint based out of Nashville, TN with 17 locations across 11 states, is seeking a professional & enthusiastic General Manager to lead the St Louis team located at 1000 Clark Avenue near Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, numerous hotels & more! This position will be based in St. Louis and report directly to the St. Louis location’s Regional Manager. The position’s responsibility will be to oversee daily operations to ensure we exceeds expectations in customer service, staff development, entertainment, food quality,
marketing & promotions, all leading to a financially successful bar & restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
- Direct report for AGM and Executive Chef
- Head coach and provide vision for the Roof location
- Face of Tin Roof in the community
- Recruiting & hiring Crew
- Setup operational systems to ensure success
- Lead the AGM and Crew in exceeding all service standards in the FOH
- Recruiting and managing entertainment talent
- Event calendar management & communication to Crew
- Entertainment booking
- Promotion and marketing plan & execution
- Location readiness guide
- Bar menu development
- Bar pricing
- Food menu feedback and guidance
- Team building
- Lead weekly management meetings
- Lead monthly Crew meetings
- Overall financial performance of the location
- Location goals, budget, & tracking progress
- Be involved in all HR issues and coordinate with CFO
- Banks and weekly packets
- Review all R&M needs with Facilities Director
Qualifications include:
- Bar & restaurant experience a must.
- Bartending and/or serving experience in a bar centric atmosphere.
- Management and/or leadership experience in the bar & restaurant industry.
- Professional, results driven approach.
- Outgoing personality that inspires teammates.
- Team oriented, positive, and enthusiastic outlook and approach.
