OHM Concession Group is Hiring a General Manager - STL Airport Near St. Louis, MO

Our team within OHM is growing and looking for a dedicated store leader to handle the daily operations of our restaurants located Lambert International Airport. This person should be fully committed to providing a great experience to our guest, team members, and airport partners.

Job Requirements…

Minimum of 2 year management experience at an ASM level or higher.
Servsafe manager certified.
Microsoft excel and word experience.
Full availability on schedule, must be willing to work holidays and weekends.

Roles will include and are not limited to

Creating staff schedules
Placing product orders and working with airport loading dock on shipping and receiving
Forming and maintaining relationships with vendors, airport authority, and airport staff
Quality control and service auditing
Executing annual budget goals
Performing team meetings
Regulating and scheduling equipment maintenance and repairs

Salary and benefits

Health, dental, and vision insurance available at 60 days of full time employment
Bonus program structured for profit share on a bi-quart basis
Two week PTO after 1st year
