My client is a mid-sized General Contractor with 10 years of construction industry experience in Missouri and Kansas. They specialize in the multifamily, senior living, and commercial renovation construction markets - with a stronghold and expertise in affordable housing construction projects. Most of their projects are local to the St. Louis area, but some are in the Kansas City area. They are backlogged through 2024 and looking to add on for 2025 due to their referred network and strong repeat client-base. This company is experiencing tremendous growth and has doubled over the last 3 years which offers excellent growth opportunities for an individual joining this organization!

Description

• Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
• Assist in potential business development meetings
• Organize/ assist in client meetings and develop long-term relationships
• Coordinate with client, architects, and engineers, subcontractors
• Perform estimates
• Prepare budgets and schedules
• Proactively drive solutions
• Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
• Travel is minimal (few days each month)

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or construction related degree preferred
• 5-10 years of Construction Project Management experience
• Experience in ground up and/or renovation multifamily projects is preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
• Prior experience leading construction projects from start to finish
• Estimating experience is a plus
• Client facing

Job Offer

• Base salary $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience
