As the General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our hotel's success, leading by example to create a guest and employee-centric environment. You'll oversee all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services to revenue management, ensuring that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories and every employee feels valued and empowered.
- Provide visionary leadership to the hotel team, inspiring a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless and exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and maximize profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with guests, community partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and drive business growth.
- Champion employee development and engagement initiatives, promoting a positive work environment and empowering staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on full-service hotel operations.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, enhancing guest satisfaction, and fostering employee engagement and development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and inspire confidence at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.
