KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and storing food items and following the necessary preparation procedures.
- Cut, boil, pan fried, deep fried, wrap and other skills to prepare all food items.
- Cook food items to perfection to meet the quality standards.
- Works with other employees as a team member to improve the productivity of the operations.
- Care about food presentation, food quality and proper food handling procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Punctual and reliable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented
- Detail-oriented, creative, able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in fast paced high-volume operations
- Must be documented with the proper IDs.
- NY Food Protection Certificate a plus
- Communication, read and write Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) a plus
