TikTok is Hiring a Revenue Operations Manager - Agency Near New York, NY

Our Sales Operations and Planning team is essential to enabling TikTok's sales teams to drive revenue at scale efficiently and strategically. This team is responsible for revenue planning and pricing, operational effectiveness in our tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnership cross-functionally across internal teams. We are looking for a Revenue Planning Manager - Agency to join the Sales Operations team. This highly organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross-functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team. This role focuses on Sales Operations as it relates to Revenue Planning and Strategy for our Monetization team and our client partners.
What You Will Do
  • Manage all aspects of agency revenue opportunities across all TikTok products, including strategizing Big 6 Holding Company endeavors
  • Model Big 6 Holding Company revenue forecasts and endeavor amounts
  • Work with the Head of Enterprise Agency to define the GTM strategy for the agency team
  • Design Big 6 Holding Company incentive plans to grow agency team's revenue base
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams to design Strategic Value Added services geared toward agency growth
  • Working with management and leadership teams in maintaining sales pipelines for accuracy and holistic data integrity
  • Managing and tracking Agency team quotas while also taking into account specific client lists and tracking agency/account shifts or splits
  • Preparing and tracking commission plan payments for all Enterprise Agency team members
  • Ad-hoc reporting requests
  • 6 years experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, or related fields
  • Experience in a Big 6 Holding Company is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills
  • Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (SalesForce, Insightly, Boostr, etc.), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.).
  • Self-starter; highly analytical; capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry, media landscape, competitors, etc.
