- Respond to IT trouble tickets and lead end users through troubleshooting
- Maintain asset inventories, including computers and printers
- Perform routine maintenance on end user systems, including updating and patching
- Respond to emergency outage requests per the on-call schedule
- Track non-ticket IT project work in corporate project management system
- Escalate unresolvable issues to third level support or engineering
- Document commonly used IT solutions in the knowledgebase
- Deep experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP networks
- Experience supporting end users with IT problems
- Excellent written communication for corresponding with end users and documenting solutions
