Position: Mobility SpecialistLocation: Austin, TXShift: Full-time (Wed.- Sun. 9am-6pm)Pay: $17.50 - $18.50/hr Mobility Specialist As a Mobility Specialist, you will be the face of Metropolis Technology in our parking lots and will assist customers by helping them subscribe to the Metropolis parking technology as needed with a polite and courteous attitude. To be successful, you must have the stamina to stand for extended periods of time while remaining vibrant and friendly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is constantly looking to innovate, and must have good customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, caring, dedicated individual with good cross-cultural sensitivity and the willingness to put in extra effort and time when required, as well as a passion for serving customers. You will work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a multi-cultural team and guests alike, while possessing following; Understanding the Job Taking Responsibility Recognizing Differences Customer Focus Adaptability Teamwork What you can expect in a typical day: Greet and welcome guests to the parking lots and garages. Assist guests with subscribing to the Metropolis technology.
