Tiello has partnered with a premier General Contractor in the Greater Henderson/Las Vegas, Nevada area on their search for a Project Superintendent who has experience working on Ground-Up Commercial Construction projects ranging up to $150MM in size.

Job Title: Superintendent (at least 5 years of commercial ground-up construction experience)

Project Types: Commercial (Schools, Banks, Churches, Retail, Office Buildings) Ground-Up

PRIMARY DUTIES include but are not limited to:

• Manager project team from start to finish
• Work directly with Project Manager on project
• Design & manage schedule
• Schedule & run onsite meetings
• Purchasing material & equipment needed for jobsite

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of Commercial Ground-Up Construction
• Must have experience with Ground-Up Projects up to $150MM
• Scheduling experience (Being able to forecast 4 weeks out)
• Proficient with Microsoft office
