We are a Commercial General Contractor in search of an experienced Project Superintendent to add to our team. This individual will be an integral part of our Southern Nevada operations.

What we are in search of:

• An experienced Site Superintendent
• Carpentry experience desirable
• General MPE knowledge expected
• A minimum of 10 years in a Commercial Construction environment required
• 5-10 years as a Superintendent in the Commercial Construction environment preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend plans
• Ability to complete conceptual scope of work
• Ability to verify submittals, specifications and field measure
• Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple trades, including scheduling and quality control
• Knowledgeable in the inspection processes for Nevada
• Experience with Jobsite Hazard Analysis and risk mitigation tactics
• Ability to create and update a Project Schedule
• Ability to use Windows/Laptop
• Experience with Bluebeam preferred
• Experience with Microsoft preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Project preferred
• Video Call experience in Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other programs a plus
• Comfortable in Microsoft applications and with technology desire
• Ability to work in occupied spaces and conduct/coordinate site activities in a professional manner
• Ability to create As-built drawings
• Experience in medical construction environments a plus

The site superintendent may be required to work different shifts and/or overtime dependent upon the project, scope and deadlines of the project

• Travel may be required within Nevada for project assignments
• After hours (nights/weekends) may be required for project assignments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
