Looking for associate litigation attorney. Job will require the attorney to manage a full caseload of general civil litigation cases including real estate litigation, contract litigation, business litigation, construction litigation, etc. Attorney will be drafting and arguing motions, attending mediations, conducting depositions, appearing in court, conducting trials, meeting with prospective clients, as well as researching and writing court documents and appellate briefs. Salary to be commensurate with experience.
