Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of organizational ability, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conferences.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Support the administrative team with various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
