We are looking for a Concierge to join our team!

Concierge responsibilities include :

• Receive visitors and vendors to the community in a friendly and polite manner.
• Respond to Resident emergency calls and notify nurse or manager on duty as requested.
• Respond to fire alarms / drills through fire board. Call when board sounds with location of alarm.
• Assist Residents, department heads, and co-workers with requests and questions.
• Ensure that Residents and Guests are signing in and out of building.
• Provide valet support for Residents as needed.
• Assist with Activities as requested by Enrichment Director, ex.-helping with calendars, signing up residents for outings.
• Sort and distribute in-coming and out-going business mail; distribute in-house Resident notices, newspapers, and mail.
• Prepare weekly and daily menus received from kitchen.
• Communicate guest meals and resident meals to the kitchen in a prompt manner.
• Initiate maintenance and housekeeping work orders for Residents.
• Assist in Marketing duties including, but not limited to, taking a lead over the phone, touring potential Residents, collating Marketing materials.
• Schedule transportation for both Independent and Assisted Living Residents with the van for the Enrichment Department.
