Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth workflow. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

- Utilization management: Monitor and optimize the utilization of office resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.

- Supervising: Provide leadership and guidance to office staff, ensuring they are trained and performing their duties effectively.

- Systems management: Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures to improve productivity and streamline operations.

- Acute care coordination: Collaborate with dental providers to coordinate patient care and ensure timely delivery of services.

- Fiscal management: Assist in budgeting and financial planning, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

- Office management: Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.

- Dental office management: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA guidelines.

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

- Knowledge of dental office procedures and regulations.

- Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus.
