The HR Assistant will support an HR Advisor whose client count is between 25-30. The Advisor and Assistant will assist their clients in areas of compliance (audits, form revisions, handbook updates), management coaching (employee relations, supervisory training, liability minimization), best practices (efficiency, improved candidate and employee experience), and more.

The right candidate will aspire to obtain an HR certification, be enthusiastic about working with various sized companies and industries, have a basic understanding about employment laws, be organized and productive, thrive on tight deadlines while building professional relationships. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on support, who has solid administrative experience, preferably in an HR Department, and who enjoys a fast-paced environment working with multiple small to midsize businesses on a daily basis.
