The Account Payables Clerk is responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable function, this includes timely and accurate payments. Process check requests; code and process vendor invoices; review and reconcile invoice discrepancies; maintain good working relationship with vendors; and possess organizational skills for sorting and entering. High school diploma or equivalent, required. Associates degree, Post High School Vocational / Specialized Business Training, or Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business Major, preferred. One to two years of prior experience in accounts payable, accounting, or finance.
