Thea Enterprises is Hiring a Field Service Technician (FT) Near New York, NY
- Manage designated projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication with all project members.
- Manage interaction with job site personnel; PM, EC, End User, and/or other designated Stake Holders.
- Understand job site conditions and respond accordingly.
- Strive to complete tasks in the designated time frame.
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and Work Order Reports.
- Maintain a list of everyday job activities and site notes.
- Maintain and protect job tools and equipment.
- Communicate directly with job site contacts to verify any site-specific needs, such as hard hats, special clothing, etc.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Word, MS Excel and Outlook, BlueBeam, Dropbox, Tsheets, and other App based platforms.
- Achieve and maintain manufacturer-required certifications.
- Ability to commute within NYC, Long Island, Westchester & Rockland Counties, and Northern & Central NJ.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information to ensure the integrity of the role and the team environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics or engineering degree.
Schedule: 8-hour shift
