OVERVIEW
Thea Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Entry Level Quotations Analyst. Thea Enterprises, LLC is a leading independent manufacturer’s representative sales and marketing agency in the Electrical Industry. The Company represents some of the leading names in the electrical industry, including Fortune 500 companies and exceptional independently owned American manufacturing partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quotations Analyst will provide pricing to distributor customers on lighting “bids” and “buys”. Interact with customers and Empire Lighting sales management to set strategy and tactics to maximize chances of success and maintain margins. Key accountabilities include:
· Return customer pricing requests in a timely fashion
· Negotiate with customers and factories to close project work
· Make corrections and changes to project quotes and specifications
· Work with sales manager to set pricing strategies
· Respond to field sales requests for budget prices
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· 1 years of experience providing customer support by phone and/or in person.
· A professional phone presence and strong verbal and written communication skills
· A self-starter who is independently driven to succeed
· Aptitude for math
· Willingness to form relationships with customers
· Ability to work with spreadsheet-based quotations software
· Analytical and tactical thinking is a requirement.
· Strong attention to detail
· Experience at a lighting distributor or manufacturer a plus
