About The Role

The WIE Suite is seeking an experienced, ambitious, and entrepreneurial leader to join our growing community as the first-ever Director of Member Experience. This passionate go-getter will be responsible for all aspects of the end-to-end Member experience. Leading a small team, the Director will help to identify and onboard new Members while leading the digital and in-person strategy. Ensuring smooth operations and best-in-class programming to drive retention across our growing community. The Director will regularly meet with potential, new and existing Members to solicit feedback, increase engagement, and identify new leads. We are a fully remote company but the ideal candidate will be in or around NYC, able to attend evening events and travel as needed. 

What You’ll Do

• Contribute thought leadership and strategic direction to the overall business strategy and revenue model for the company.
• Partner with the CEO to develop the strategy and end-to-end journey for our Members, from application through annual renewal, with an eye on quality and scalability. 
• Develop a sophisticated, on-brand lead gen program and sales tools leveraging existing members and a highly curated invitation process to recruit exceptional new women leaders into our community.
