A Smile Is Part of Our Culture at the New York University Federal Credit Union.
Great customer service begins with a SMILE, and a smile begins with a customer-centric
culture. Employees of the NYUFCU are at the forefront of the customer experience. They set
the tone of every transaction and leave a lasting impression with customers. In fact, an
employee’s SMILE may be the most significant part of a transaction.
This is a position in our NYC office: 726 Broadway, Suite 110, New York, NY 10003.
Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide account information by
phone with a SMILE or in person with a SMILE, as well as information on the full range of credit
union products and services. Open accounts for members, resolve issues, and professionally
handle the member’s daily needs. Provide a variety of transactional services to members.
Essential Functions
NOTE: The list of essential functions is not exhaustive. It may be supplemented as
necessary from time to time. This position is entirely in-office, in both our NYC and Mineola offices, depending on staffing and management needs.
